This is a new authentic Cowboy Up Trailer Hitch Cover.
The receiver insert measures 2" square and fits all Class III and Class IV hitches. Easy to install, just clip it in place, and can be lockable.
This is all hard plastic and the face of the cover measures 6 1/2" x 4".
