The fixture is light sensitive and turns on and off by itself. The Cowboy Boots are all metal with stencil cut outs to let the light shine through and there is a semi-opaque plastic round silhouette behind the Boots to disperse the light.
This item measures 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" and comes with a bulb.
